The First Post! Complete with an unashamedly pretentious title! Marvellous!
This has been quite a long time coming, which should come as no surprise to those who know me, you lucky people! This is a blog about writing, specifically playwriting and screenwriting, not that I am in any way, shape or form a writer in either sense, but I do write, just without being paid. Currently, I'm a lowly student, in Birmingham, or the City of Spare Parts as it should be known, and in a delectably mad moment, thought it might be interesting to write a blog about my own writing, as I write it! It's the sort of thing I'd read, and maybe somebody else, hiding somewhere in the dark recesses of the internet may harbor a vague interest too...
Right now, I'm writing a play, I've tried this a few times in my life, by tend to go off the idea before I finish, but as things stand, that's not going to happen this time, because it actually, maybe, possibly, might be slightly sort of OK eventually! More on that very soon, possibly even later tonight, stay tuned, or don't, that's fine too!
